Mrs. Wm. L. Padgett, and Miss Vera Reeve, Vincennes, Indiana. Updated February
1983 by Sherry Vingis of Lyons, IN; Hal Johnson, Sullivan, IN and Barbara
Wilson, Farmersburg, IN. Reverend Paul Jones, Pastor of the Indian Prairie
Church said there are several graves in the Southern corner which erosion and
time has washed away the stones. He has been unable to find anyone who could
tell him the names or dates of the burials. He has been told the first burial
was in 1814.
